Greetings, politeness and thanks from Dear friends and colleagues in the Foundation of Dialogue and Solidarity of United Nations for holding a very important session on the future of peace and human rights in west Asia. Peace and the category of peace is a human desire which has been considered as a lofty ideal throughout the life of human societies and in different societies with different languages, expressions, dialects, literature and approaches have been noticed.
In various cultural fields, especially in the view of the great Abrahamic religions, the category of peace and peace culture of course with the view of basic justice has been and is emphasized a lot. In the vast continent of Asia which is the cradle of different cultures, civilizations, religions and different areas of value. In every point of this vast continent, especially in West Asia, which is heir and Flagship of great divine religions this category has been and is discussed from the distant past to the present. What is emphasized today in West Asia is strengthening the foundations of a culture of peace and the peace of basic justice is accentuated.
Because the issues which have threatened the foundations of peace in the history of mankind and as a result endangered the rights of various human beings are injustice, oppression and ignorance of the principles of basic justice peace. Accordingly, these kinds of meetings can be a platform for dialogue in the context of cultural diversity with a comprehensive look at this area. the experiences we have had over the past few decades show that if the opportunity and field for thinkers be formed based on academic relations, and in the form of think rooms and thought Boards.
Then, the areas of policy-making and implementation are also be affected by this dialogue space. We are in the Assembly of Asian Parliaments, which is a symbol of Asian parliamentary diplomacy with a history in this field before the formation of the Asian Parliament in 2006 at the initiative of the Islamic Republic, the Association of Asian Parliaments for Peace which the result of this parliamentary organization has been an organization. Even now, this vast parliamentary complex, which covers nearly 56 Asian parliaments, is trying to improve parliamentary relations in Asia and activating parliamentary diplomacy also follows the issue of peace, followed by human rights issues, in inter-parliamentary dialogue and the organization’s issues and resolutions, both at the regional level and at the level of inter-regional and global relations within the IPU.
Then APA (Asian Parliamentary Assembly) which is located in the Islamic Republic and various Asian countries are active in this parliamentary organization try to be able to strengthen the relations of Asian societies based on a culture of peace in the first step, and transfer of successful experiences of societies in strengthen of foundations of peace at the continental and regional level of Asia be used. In this brief time, with a few sentences, I wanted to thank our dears in the foundation of dialogue and friendship of nations, who put this very important issue on the agenda this year. We hope that the opinions of experts and thinkers who will enter into these discussions provide perspectives that will enable us in academia and in the field of non-governmental organizations to be able to work in the lower and lower strata of society, which is the rule of the pyramid of social relations.
In the form of dialogue of nations, friendship, brotherhood and fraternity, in the expressive expression of Ali PBUH that human is or your religious brothers or your fellow human, with the high Islamic religious thoughts and using the high capacity of the great Abrahamic religions whose cradle is the west of Asia we help to Expand the culture of peace and spread this culture in transnational relations at the regional and international level. We, in turn, welcome these expert views in the Asian Parliament to be able to form these dialogues as a prelude to the preparation of expert texts and use at the level of the totality of the Asian Assemblies. With the scientific basis and knowledge-based studies, this type of meeting can provide scientific support of international regional and global institutions both at the level of formal government diplomacy and at the level of complementary diplomacy, including parliamentary diplomacy. We wish more and more success to all our loved ones in this meeting, and we hope that the results of these discussions will be effective in the areas of legislative policy and government planning to strengthen the foundations of peace. I wish all the loved ones the pride of health and well-being Peace, mercy and blessings of God Be upon you all.
