Tomb of Sultan Veis
The tomb of Sultan Veis is related to the Seljuk period and in the northern heights of Qazvin in the village of Alwalak. This tomb located on a mountain of the same name consists of two parts of the tomb and the lateral building. The tombstone itself is an octagonal building with a stone dome and its building consist of cellar and praying room.
The entire building is made with stone, sand, and stucco. According to Hamdollah Mostofi, a famous historian, the tomb belongs to Owais Qarani, one of the Companions of Imam Ali.
This work registered on August 5, 2005 with the number 12897 as one of the national works of Iran.
