Given the importance of expanding Iranian-Iraqi scientific relations, experts from The Foundation of Dialogue and Solidarity of United Nations met with Dr. Munir Al-Saadi, President of the University of Baghdad, in his office at the university. The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Samarrai, Assistant President of the University of Baghdad. During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to exchange cooperation and put forward proposals such as hosting selected professors and students from the University of Baghdad in Tehran to introduce them to the Iranian scientific and cultural spaces and the scientific cooperation of the University of Baghdad with the Foundation. It should be noted that the University of Baghdad is the largest and oldest university in Iraq, which has been operating since 1957.
