Recent reports indicate that several residential buildings in the vicinity of Resalat Square in eastern Tehran were struck during the recent military escalation involving the United States and Israel.



According to preliminary information and local reports, the strikes directly affected densely populated residential buildings, causing extensive destruction and civilian casualties. Initial estimates suggest that approximately 40 civilians were killed and many others injured when the buildings were hit.
Witness accounts and local sources indicate that many of the victims were residents who were inside their homes at the time of the attack, including members of several families living in the affected apartment complexes.
Emergency responders, including the Iranian Red Crescent, firefighters, and local rescue teams, were deployed to the scene shortly after the incident.
