Traditional foods and cookies

Qazvin province, like other provinces of the country, has a variety of traditional cuisine, some of which are held on special occasions and many in the normal form produced during the year. Some types of traditional Qazvin foods are : Gheymeh-Nesar, Shirin-polo, traditional Halim of Qazvin, kuku-Shirin, Ash-e-douq, Ashe-dandankesh, Yatim-Che, Mash-Piazu, Eshkene, Deimaj, kale-joush and The traditional Qazvin ice cream with full of cream.
In Qazvin, various types of bread are baked, which has a lot of reputation; among the breads of Qazvin, the lavash breads cooked as circle and large, have a high quality and flavor that has made it famous. Gagh is another traditional bread of Qazvin that serve with tea and has Crispy and sweet taste. Shirmal and zanjebili bread are low sweet and usually serve at evening meal with tea.
